Trey Songz is being sued for $20 million by a woman who claims she was sexually abused by him.
Jane Doe claims she had a consensual sexual connection with the R&B singer before he became a “savage rapist,” according to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
On March 24, 2016, she claims Trey invited her to a house party in L.A., when he took her upstairs for what she thought was consensual intercourse.

However, things took a turn for the worst when Trey allegedly asked her if he could “grab that ass” on his way upstairs.
She told him “no” and to stop bothering her. Trey allegedly threw her to the ground, yanked her trousers off, pinned her down, and shoved his penis into her anus without her consent, according to the woman.
She yelled in agony and attempted to fight him off, but she claims she was defeated. When someone entered the room, she hoped the “violent rape” would halt, but she claims the person soon left and Trey allegedly continued to rape her.
She grabbed her belongings and dashed outside to summon an Uber after the alleged assault. The Uber driver observed she was upset and drove her to the hospital, where she alleges she was subjected to a sexual assault examination and police were summoned.

According to the woman, the checkup revealed she had “serious anal ripping that could necessitate surgery.” She didn’t tell police who Trey was because she was “shocked and afraid for her life.”
Trey is now facing a $20 million lawsuit from her. Ariel Mitchell, the woman’s lawyer, also represents two other women who are suing Trey in Miami and New York for alleged sexual assaults.
“The allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired,” a rep for the singer told TMZ.
“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey,” added the rep. “Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.”
