The folks who bought tickets for Wizkid’s Live Concert at the Accra Sports Stadium are upset with the multi-award-winning Nigerian Afrobeat sensation, Wizkid, real name Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun.
Many people are calling the performance, which was supposed to happen on Saturday, December 10, 2022, a complete waste of time and money.
Patrons who spent a lot of money hoping to see the musician perform on stage to delight them were let down when he didn’t show up despite tweeting about it earlier in the day.

The DJ and MC for the event were left to keep the crowd entertained for more than two hours after some acts, like Yaw Tog, ascended the stage to play, according to a variety of comments about the performance spotted on social media.
Wizkid and the other headliners did not show up to the concert despite the extended wait.

Currently, a lot of people who purchased the tickets are requesting that the musician refunds their money to them.

After debuting with the renowned Akon in 2018, this was supposed to be Wizkid’s third performance in Ghana.
The Finali Entertainment Group, the parent firm of Live Hub Entertainment, organized the event.
R2Bees, King Promise, Eugy, Efya, Darko Vibes, KelvynBoy, Gyakie, Yaw Tog, Asaaka Boy, and other well-known figures from Ghana’s music industry were also scheduled to perform.
