Former Highly Spiritual signee Ladsmid Nathaniel Owusu popularly known as Lasmid has disclosed that he has no SHS certificate.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM, he mentioned that even though he managed to finish school, he has no certificate to prove that he indeed attended school.
He said: “I don’t have a certificate”.
According to him, he wasn’t dumb or against schooling but he was rather channelling his energy into music so he ended up spending more time to music than schooling.

“I only loved music and it was clear that’s what I wanted to do. Due to this, I used to really study in the direction of music,” he added.
In SHS, Lasmid revealed that he majored in mechanical engineering.
He claimed that as a result, he can “impressively” repair some automotive problems when they arise, albeit he acknowledged that he is not an expert.
The Friday Night hitmaker also said: “Music is my focus right now, but I may return to school at some point in the future.”
