The personnel from the Police Service have arrested a young man believed to be the suspect who stole the phone of American rapper Meek Mill.
The American rapper who is in Ghana for a performance took to his Instagram story some moments before he went the stage to perform at the 2022 edition of Afronation that someone had stolen his phone.
The rapper even pleaded with the person who stole the phone to bring it back to him when he was performing on stage

This got a lot of netizens talking with Shatta Wale even adding his voice by asking whosoever stole the phone to return it to the musician.
Well, there seems to be good news as the Ghana Police have released a statement to reveal that the rapper has gotten back his phone and the person who stole it has been arrested and currently in their custody.
In a statement they have released on their social media platforms, they disclosed how they arrested the suspect and added that they were following the due process.

POLICE RECOVER MEEK MILL’S STOLEN PHONE; SUSPECT ARRESTED
The Police have arrested one suspect and retrieved a mobile phone that was stolen from Meek Mill, an American hip-hop artist.
The suspect Nuhu Sule alias Ababaawa was arrested Friday, December 30, 2022, at his hideout in Accra. He is currently in Police custody and will be taken through the due process of the law.
The victim, Meek Mill, reported his phone stolen in Accra on December 29, 2022.
