Ceccy Twum, a star of Ghanaian gospel music, said there is nothing wrong with an artist being managed by their spouse, but that is not the case for her because her husband is simply too busy.

When Mrs. Twum was asked about female gospel performers being managed by their husbands, she was on Accra’s Hitz FM with Doreen Avio.

As long as you all agree to collaborate, it’s okay, she said, adding, “It’s cool.”

She added that her husband, for example, “doesn’t even have that time to be following me around.”
