Former Burniton Music Group signee Okailey Verse, born Barbara Naa Nyarko has shared her story of how her fiance broke up with her on the day of the wedding to travel outside.
The musician in an interview disclosed that if not for what her fiance did to her, she would have been married by now but all things happen for a reason.
According to her, the day that was supposed to be her happiest day turned out to be one of the bad days in her life as she was already in her gown and was getting her make-up and hair done.

She received a text message from her fiance saying he was very sorry he couldn’t marry her any longer before he had to travel outside of the country.
OV disclosed that at that point, her parents, family members and friends were already seated and waiting for her and her husband when this shocking text message came.
The dancehall musician explained that she got hurt and disappointed by she mastered courage and moved on but she is still keeping the items she was going to use to get married.
“I was getting ready to walk down the aisle when. I was in my wedding gown, my make up and hair was done and my family was waiting. I suddenly received a text from him telling me that he couldn’t marry me anymore and was traveling abroad. I was hurt and disappointed but I’ve moved on since then”. OV disclosed.
