Lynx was upset when I handed Keche my song “No Dulling” – Kuami Eugene

Kuami Eugene says he wrote Keche’s chart-topping song ‘No Dulling’

His record label Lynx Entertainment got “angry” when he gave the song to the hiplife duo, he stated on 3Music TV’s “Culture Daily.”

“No Dulling enraged the label.” I can’t say it. My song “No Dulling” made them angry. When Keche came, he merely had to do their verses, and within a week, the song was out,” he claimed.

Lynx Entertainment was upset, he said.

Kuami discussed the downsides of being signed to a record label.

According to him, artists signed to a label don’t have creative independence.

When compiling an album, the label sometimes rejects tracks he loves.

He acknowledged, though, how important labels are for artists.
