The popular Trinidadian rapper Nicki Minaj has disclosed she is collaborating with a Ghanaian musician on a top-secret project.
On a live webcast that was captured on the evening of Thursday, October 13, 2022, Nicki made her revelation.
When questioned by a fan if she had ever visited Ghana, Nicki disclosed the covert arrangement she is forming with a Ghanaian celebrity.

Nicki did not, however, identify the artist in question.
“When am I coming to Ghana? I would love to come to Ghana. I actually may be doing something major, a business type of situation with an artiste from Ghana really soon,” Nicki said in a lengthy video shared with her 202 million Instagram followers
Ghanaian fans responded right away, expressing their opinions over who this unknown artist might be.
Some of the names mentioned so far include Sarkodie, Kweku Flick, Kwesi Arthur, Lyrical Joe, Medikal, and Black Sherif.

Nicki was also upset that the Recording Academy labeled her song Super Freaky Girl as pop rather than rap and that she had previously been overlooked for certain accolades.
“If you can’t tell by now that there is a concerted effort to give newer artists things that they really don’t deserve over people who have been deserving for many years, then you’re not paying attention,” she added.
