The actor and musician from Ghana, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin, has refuted allegations that Ghanaian performers have previously packed stadiums.

The Kumawood actor was indignant that Wizkid had not been able to get a large crowd to the Accra Sports Stadium.

No Ghanaian performer, in Lilwin’s opinion, has ever effectively packed a stadium.

He asserted with confidence that he has previously performed in stadiums and that he is sure of his assertions.

He continued by saying that what some performers refer to as “filling stadiums” is typically a quarter or half of the venue.

Lilwin emphasised that it is an outright falsehood that the events had the entire stadium capacity by citing Maccasio and Fancy Gadam’s performances in the north as well as some other performances in Accra and Kumasi sports stadiums.
