Ghanaian actor and CEO of the Ghana Movie Awards, Fred Nuamah, has revealed other and incredibly believable sources of income for his colleague in the middle of the controversy surrounding Jackie Appiah‘s property.
With the help of Nigerian actress Luchy Donalds, footage of the well-known actress’s opulent home with a stunning interior design surfaced online, making her a popular topic on social media.
Many online users mocked Jackie Appiah and asked how she could have afforded such a home with just the money from her acting job.

After all the criticism and inquiries, Jackie Appiah’s involvement in real estate was recently revealed by Fred Nuamah in an interview.
He said Jackie started early, living at her mother’s house and investing in real estate.
“Jackie Appiah has been blessed by God. When we were out renting apartments in Cantoments, Jackie never did so. She will not be happy with me sharing this but she has six or seven apartments across Cantonments, East Legon and Labone which she rents out to people. She stayed in her mom’s house throughout, so what do you think she was using her money for?”
In addition, Fred Nuamah disclosed that Jackie Appiah’s real source of income, despite the fact that she earned a sizable sum from her acting and brand ambassadorship contracts, was her real estate firm.
