He said that if asked, he would not think twice about sharing the gospel with people in bars and nightclubs.
In an interview with Giovani Caleb for TV3’s Showbiz 360, Broda Sammy said that, despite being a gospel artist, he doesn’t have any preferences about who he works with.

“I don’t look at people and say they are non-believers, so I won’t work with them. I see them as people. I don’t discriminate. That’s all,” he stated.
Broda Sammy revealed that he has been turned down for performances at several churches, which has forced him to concentrate on finding alternative ways to share the faith.
“If a drinking spot or a nightclub invites me to perform, I will hurriedly go. If any secular artiste invites me, I will go. I take the opportunity to spread the word anywhere,” he explained.
Nightclubs and drinking establishments, he claimed, are excellent settings for evangelism because they draw people who might not otherwise attend church.

“If I go to church, I know that everyone there is there to listen to the gospel. But those at the nightclubs are not there for such; that is where I will go to win souls,” he stated.
Broda Sammy went on to query why Christians are allowed to preach in marketplaces but not in nightclubs, which are rife with wickedness.
According to him, Christians ought to adopt a different approach when it comes to spreading the gospel.
“They don’t know how to win souls, back then pastors can go to markets to preach, so why can’t they go to drinking spots or nightclubs?
“Even the devil has changed his strategy, why can’t we change our strategy? The clubs where people are going to sin should be the places we should go and conduct praises and worship,” he said.
